I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I hold a Diploma in Relational Psychotherapy from the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy, an intensive three-year theoretical and clinical training program in psychodynamic, intersubjective, relational psychotherapy. I am a member of the The Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy and past Executive Board Member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists. I am also a member of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy and the American Psychological Association’s Division of Psychotherapy.

I have an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh. I am also a professional musician and published writer/researcher, and have many years of experience as a consultant and college/university instructor.
